Security Updates to Drupal
Drupal 5 has been updated to 5.15, whilst Drupal 6 is now at version 6.9. All managed installs on our servers have been upgraded to the latest release. If you are still running on a Drupal 5.x site and would like to upgrade to Drupal 6, contact our support team.
New Customer Support System
We recently updated our customer support and ticket tracking system which is now integrated into our drupal site using casetracker. Log in using your customer details to access our new help system, response time should be faster and there is a new live chat feature for instant support.
Speed Increase on Servers and Virtual Hosting
We recently upgraded our servers to the latest versions of Debian Etch and Ubuntu Hardy.This has resulted in some speed increases. XCache php acceleration has also been enabled on all of our hosted services which should enable a faster, more reliable service from your web site and/or web application hosted at Collective Communications. Users on our Arch Linux servers are up to date as usual.
